Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and code vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approval.
- Enter invoices through Ramp and Sage Intacct, matching to purchase orders.
- Maintain organized AP records and assist with month-end close and audits.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- 0-2 years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and ability to work independently remotely.
