Accounts Payable Specialist

About the Role:

• This full-time remote position focuses on managing accounts payable within a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• You will collaborate with finance leaders and stakeholders to maintain accurate and efficient financial operations.
• You'll contribute to process improvements as ERP workflows evolve.

Key Accountabilities:

• Process vendor invoices end-to-end and support intercompany cross-charge transactions.
• Prepare payment runs across multiple entities and currencies, including CAD and USD.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, administer the corporate credit card program, and support month-end close.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience with ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with complex financial structures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
