The Role:
- Support accurate financial transactions from invoice receipt to payment processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors remotely.
- Maintain consistent documentation and timely issue resolution.
What You'll Do:
- Review, verify, code, and process vendor invoices per accounting procedures.
- Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Assist with month-end closing, reporting, and audits.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of accounts payable or related finance experience.
- Knowledge of accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and remote communication skills.
