Own end-to-end operations for your care team while partnering closely with Nurse Practitioner Managers. Foster belonging and team connection to drive clarity, consistency, and reliability in daily workflows. Conduct regular 1:1s and performance check-ins to reinforce expectations, accountability, and development.
