What You’ll Do:

  • Own the post-onboarding education roadmap and programming calendar (continuing education, upskilling, refreshers, and targeted retraining).
  • Lead the strategic use of the weekly Clinical Education hour, guiding required learning, clinical content, and cohort-based interventions.
  • Build scalable programming that supports a distributed clinical workforce.

Quality & Safety–Driven Learning:

  • Partner with Quality & Safety teams to identify learning needs based on audits, quality trends, patient safety signals, and practice variation.
  • Translate data insights into targeted education plans and measurable adoption strategies.
  • Reinforce learning initiatives that support consistency and clinical excellence.

Cohorting & Adoption:

  • Design cohort-based learning models (role-based, topic-based, and performance-based).
  • Track cohort outcomes to identify trends, refine interventions, and support continued improvement.
  • Partner with Clinical Leadership and managers to drive adoption and ensure learning turns into practice change.
