What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end clinician onboarding experience, from session delivery through activation
- Identify and implement at least three onboarding workflow improvements per quarter
- Support at least two enterprise workflow coaching or expansion initiatives per quarter
Who You Are:
- You have 3–5 years of experience in onboarding, training, customer success, or clinician education
- You are a skilled facilitator who can run both group and individual onboarding sessions
- You translate complex workflows into simple, actionable guidance
