Coach, guide, and lead a network of warehouse and distribution centers while creating a culture of safety, quality, and service. Collaborate in an effort to drive continuous improvement across inventory management, labor productivity, and customer service activities.

The Operations Finance Director will support the Operations team across Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Information Technology. As a trusted business partner to the Chief Operations Officer and the Operations team, they will lead operations financial strategy, capital planning, continuous improvement/productivity tracking, and functional planning & forecasting for the end-to-end supply chain.
