Support the customer insights associate manager in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to support assortment, merchandising and distribution strategies to assess trends and identify growth opportunities.

Responsible for financial planning, analysis and projection of company finances and assets, the Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic partner with management to guide and influence long term financial initiatives that positively impact the organization. The analyst will continuously work to improve Milo’s reporting, planning and analytical tool(s) through identifying organizational needs.

The Business Support Associate I communicates with customers and appropriate customer headquarter personnel to resolve customer and vendor inquiries. The Associate collaborates across multiple business units to resolve customer issues and ensure customer success. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer issues related to purchase orders, ordering patterns, lead time, shortages/overages, OTIF, inventory, replenishment, pricing, and logistics. The role analyzes ordering trends, OTIF, and late orders.
