Seeking a thoughtful and mission-driven user experience researcher who’s passionate about improving how the public accesses critical government services. You’ll design and lead studies that bring user’ voices and experiences to the forefront, ensuring products and policies are informed by real user needs. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and government stakeholders to translate research insights into solutions that make a measurable difference in people’s lives.
