This role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop engaging, user-centered design solutions. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong design background who can balance creativity with functionality, delivering polished and intuitive experiences for our users. Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and continuous monitoring model performance.

Looking to make an impact? You will be working in a small, cross-functional team of Human-Centered Design practitioners to understand and synthesize customer needs, strategize improved service delivery, and design innovative solutions built on SaaS and PaaS products for the VA: Health and Benefits mobile app, driving the product life cycle from proof of concept to product road mapping and execution, bridging gaps between customers and interdisciplinary teams.

This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Head of Growth and located in the DC Metro area. You will play a pivotal role in leading our business development and capture efforts across the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), helping MO expand our presence, deepen client relationships, and deliver mission-driven digital solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, strengthening partnerships with VA stakeholders, and executing growth strategies that reflect our commitment to Veteran-first design and agile modernization.

The Director of Growth Operations must have integrity, be curious, have courage, and care about excellence. This role coaches, teaches, and grows the team so the growth organization and the digital services organization work in close partnership. You will build our growth enablement team to include proposal management and pricing and must have a deep understanding of the entire bid process.
