Senior Testing Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Own testing and QA for assigned projects, developing comprehensive test strategies that ensure quality, accessibility, functionality, and compliance.
• Design and maintain automated tests and workflows, and conduct testing with assistive technologies to validate accessibility standards.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to communicate risks and recommendations, and identify AI-enabled approaches to improve quality and efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of software testing or QA experience, with significant experience testing mobile applications and federal government work.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, automated testing, and mobile accessibility, including assistive technologies.
• Ability to operate with minimal guidance, navigate ambiguity, and contribute to company initiatives and growth activities.
