Mortgage companies and banks require documentation of the occupancy and physical condition of all mortgaged loans. Property Inspectors determine if properties are occupied or vacant, rate the property and take photos using a smartphone, fill out forms on a cell phone using a downloadable app, and answer multiple choice questions about the property condition.
