Responsibilities:
- Perform drive-by inspections to determine property occupancy and condition.
- Take required photographs and report findings via mobile app.
- Complete assignments in a timely manner to maximize earnings.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must have access to a printer/scanner and a computer.
Compensation:
- Pay is based on inspections completed; most can do several per hour.
- Rural areas may offer higher pay per inspection.
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
