The Opportunity:
- Build and lead the operational backbone of Jetson's third-party installer program.
- Design, recruit, and manage the subcontractor network.
- Ensure partners deliver an installation experience indistinguishable from in-house operations.
What You Will Do:
- Own the complete licensed installer lifecycle.
- Design and build the full vetting and selection process.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for installer performance.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in operations, field service, or contractor management roles.
- Strong working knowledge of independent contractor classification.
- Hands-on experience configuring or administering field service management or CRM platforms.
Additional Skills:
- Direct experience in HVAC, residential installation, or skilled trades.
- Ability to manage multiple markets and partners.
- Familiarity with modern tools including AI.
