As a Venture Partner, strategically co-lead our Ortho, Spine & Surgery business unit. Complement expertise with a fresh perspective rooted in early-stage R&D, clinical or regulatory development, entrepreneurial leadership, or direct fundraising expertise. Work closely with ventures to sharpen strategy, build value, and push forward with an exit-oriented mindset to turn innovation into meaningful impact at scale.

Lead a promising early-stage oncology biotech from scientific concept to clinical-stage, building and scaling the organization, securing venture funding, and driving the transition from academic innovation to a clinical IND-ready package. This role requires vision, operational leadership, and deep appreciation of biotech venture-building.

As Junior Project Manager, you will support the start-up’s operational core during its most formative phase. You will work directly with the CEO and CSO to keep the company on track as it advances toward key development milestones. From managing timelines to helping coordinate partnerships, your work will directly influence how the company moves forward.
