Job Description
This startup is developing a small molecule to treat diabetic kidney disease and other metabolic diseases, targeting the root cause by blocking a specific interaction between two proteins. The CEO will define and execute the company’s strategy, aligning science, operations, and business goals. They will lead fundraising, choose and prioritize indication strategy, oversee the transition from preclinical to clinical development, and build and manage a team. The CEO will also collaborate with Professor Anne Marie Schmidt and represent the venture to investors and the scientific community.
