The Operations Manager, Scholars Network plays a critical role in aligning student recruitment efforts with Scholars Network’s mission and the evolving needs of our health system and higher education partners. This role will lead the design and execution of internal systems and workflows, ensuring our team can scale efficiently while delivering exceptional service to students, universities, and healthcare employers. As an Operations Manager, you will support the Senior Director of Partnerships & Operations and lead the development of scalable systems and processes.

As a Full Stack Web Developer on the Noodle Learning Platform, you will architect and build exciting new features for the Noodle Learning Platform. Define database schemas, add/modify REST endpoints, vet and integrate with 3rd party APIs. Translate mobile & desktop wireframes into frontend components, ensuring the UX/UI is pixel perfect. Utilize product knowledge and liaise between product and engineering to help refine requirements and ship features to enhance end-user experience. Collaborate to shape and improve engineering culture and processes.

Functioning as an extension of the University program's support team, this role provides support to students. As students have questions or needs, the coach ushers the student through the problem-solving process ensuring the experience is barrier-free. You will meet with and advise a diverse body of students, monitor academic progress, and increase student engagement.
