Omni

As the second member of the team, you will design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and security. You will evolve our AWS-based platform to be portable to other cloud infrastructures, monitor system metrics, and implement changes to improve performance and reliability. Scripting and automating operational tasks will keep the platform humming and you will participate in on-call rotation for critical infrastructure issues.

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will become an expert in the Omni platform, empowering our customers to do more with their data throughout their lifecycle. You will partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise, build and present Proofs of Concept, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering. You will advocate for our users, and help shape product direction.
