- Serve as a deep technical expert on Omni both internally & externally, solving our customers’ most challenging data and architecture problems.
- Manage a dynamic portfolio of concurrent customer projects—ranging from SMB to enterprise engagements—balancing multiple timelines, workstreams, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Take end-to-end ownership of project management and delivery for your portfolio of engagements, including: scoping of requirements, assignment of resources, coordination of work across partners and customers
