Point B

Responsible for executing client engagements centered on improving supply chain operations, processes, and financial performance across a variety of industry sectors. Lead projects from inception to completion to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and mitigate risk. Collaborate with clients to evaluate their supply chain capabilities and business processes and identify areas for improvement.

The Sr. Associate is an onsite client-facing role that supports Point B by leading midsized business and technical projects that help our clients solve their business challenges. The Sr. Associate advises clients and implements solutions by combining project management fundamentals with an ability to engage and manage client stakeholders, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion

Assess the scope of change our clients face as they embark on new opportunities. Contribute to approaches that drive awareness, readiness and adoption across a wide range of initiatives including technology, business process, mergers/acquisitions and organizational changes. Build engaging deliverables, communications, and workshops, in collaboration with Point B colleagues and clients.

This onsite client-facing role supports Point B by leading engagements focused on risk, regulatory, and compliance challenges across various industries. Managers in this role apply deep RRC expertise to help clients navigate regulatory changes, strengthen compliance programs, and drive enterprise-wide risk management efforts. This role includes leading large teams, managing complex programs, and developing the capabilities of others.
