The main purpose of this role is to support the compliance requirements for the Connections business across international offices.

This role involves diving into regulations, providing practical solutions, evaluating risk during product launches, auditing practices, and championing awareness of legal and ethical standards. The role ensures the company stays ahead of regulatory changes and promotes integrity across all teams.
Assist the Compliance Lead in the delivery of the Compliance Management System (CMS). The role will have a primary focus in conducting day-to-day monitoring and review related to the bank’s lending, deposit, and operational activities, as well as with the Bank’s Banking as a Service (BaaS) fintech partner programs. Further duties can be assigned at any time due to expanded activities from the bank, its partners, or regulators.
