Fraud Risk Management:
-Providing expertise on emerging fraud risks.
-Shaping internal policy and responses to industry consultations.
-Identifying gaps in our defences and assessing external vendors to strengthen fraud prevention.
Relationship Building:
-Building strong relationships across Monzo to deliver change safely and efficiently.
-Representing Monzo in industry groups and committees.
-Building strong external relationships across industry bodies and law enforcement.
Vendor Management:
-Leading vendor onboarding proposals.
-Managing ongoing vendor relationships.
-Monitoring vendor performance.
