• Design and implement repeatable execution patterns across requirements intake, configuration, validation, and release workflows, establishing measurable KPIs and SLAs to track team performance.
• Partner closely with Product, Actuarial, and Underwriting to clarify requirements early and reduce rework, facilitating structured working sessions to align business intent with configuration feasibility.

Help drive the implementation of the BriteCore platform. Review and understand insurance manuals and translate the contents into requirements. Configure insurance products within the BriteCore platform, including rates, forms, and permissions.
