Senior Field Service Engineer – Advanced Systems (Electron Beam)

  • Provide technical leadership for commissioning, advanced troubleshooting, and technical escalation of complex electron beam welding and additive manufacturing systems across North America.
  • Perform and lead diagnostics on PLC, electrical, high-voltage, vacuum, and motion control subsystems, with a focus on system-level problem-solving rather than routine maintenance.
  • Design and deliver customer training programs, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge transfer within the organization.
