- Handle day-to-day trademark protection and enforcement, including clearance searches, risk assessments, and responding to USPTO Office Actions.
- Advise on trademark, copyright, and right of publicity issues, and draft agreements such as licenses, assignments, and settlement agreements.
- Support litigation counsel in oppositions, cancellations, and civil lawsuits, and oversee foreign counsel on enforcement activities.
