This leader will shape and lead value and access submission and negotiation planning, including optimal country launch sequence and ensure sustainable access in key European markets. This role will be a core member of the Europe Region leadership team, working cross-functionally to influence long-term growth and patient impact, to build a global multi-billion company serving patients suffering from rare neuro-muscular diseases.

We are seeking a high-impact Head of Projects & Strategic Partnerships to work directly with the SVP EMEA GM and the leadership team. This unique, hybrid role is designed for a strategic thinker who can drive execution, streamline cross-functional projects, and cultivate key external relationships. You’ll wear multiple hats—serving as a thought partner to leadership, ensuring alignment across departments, overseeing high-priority initiatives, and identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President Head of Europe, the Vice President, General Manager Germany will lead the expansion efforts across Germany. This leadership role is critical to maximizing the opportunity for Scholar Rock innovation to impact patients across Germany. The incumbent will be responsible for developing pre-launch and commercialization strategic plans for Germany.
