Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for patients and caregivers, providing education and care coordination throughout SMA treatment.
- Manage access logistics: affordability enrollment, benefit verification, prior authorization, and site-of-care.
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve non-clinical barriers and enhance patient experience.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in pharma/biotech patient support, reimbursement, or market access.
- Rare disease, buy-and-bill, and specialty pharmacy experience required.
- Strong payer, PBM, and specialty pharmacy knowledge.
Work Environment:
- Field-based remote role, up to 60% travel.
- Must reside in territory; St. Louis area.
