As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will drive strategic project initiatives to completion while building and mentoring multiple engineering teams. You will work closely with other Engineering, product, and client services teams to deliver value-driving solutions. As a leader, you will focus on cultivating a team-culture that can operate with a healthy sense of urgency while maturing our engineering architectures and processes.

Drive significant business value and innovation by spearheading our most critical machine learning initiatives and establishing a center of excellence for the data science practice. This is more than a modeling role; you will be a thought leader and a key driver in our journey to operationalize advanced analytics. Your work will directly influence customer growth, product strategy, and marketing effectiveness, tangibly impacting our revenue and our customers' financial lives.

Lead strategic initiatives within our Borrow & Spend line, improving core experiences, shaping new offerings, and stewarding a product vision rooted in customer success. Operate across a broad surface area, from early-stage concepts to iterative launches, with a focus on delivering high-impact results and durable infrastructure. Work closely with stakeholders across engineering, compliance, risk, analytics, operations, design, and marketing to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
