Team Rubicon

Plan and oversee activities to achieve building production goals, producing cost estimates, creating scopes of work and schedules, reviewing plans, and vetting and recommending vendors and subcontractors. Manage project costs by comparing budgeted versus actual expenses, monitoring trends, and proposing refinements. Manage sub-contracted work involves soliciting bids and RFPs, scheduling, quality control, and establishing work parameters through contracts, change orders, and notice to proceed orders.

Lead a motivated team of associates and provide support to volunteer leaders. Driving delivery of Team Rubicon Services and capabilities, establishing, and prioritizing the growth strategy for volunteer and community relationships. Also managing resources, finances, personnel issues, and administrative functions to support the organization’s mission and goals.
