Team Rubicon

Support and execute TR’s social media strategy, helping to build brand awareness, engage volunteers, and drive donor acquisition. This position will be responsible for managing daily social media activities, monitoring engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. The Associate, Social Media will work cross-functionally to enhance TR’s digital presence, engage with key audiences, and optimize content performance.

Lead a team responsible for optimizing fundraising infrastructure, data integrity, compliance, and reporting, while overseeing database management, gift processing, donor analytics, and financial reconciliation. Ensure seamless coordination across Development, Finance, and Technology teams, while adhering to fundraising compliance regulations, donor privacy laws, and financial reporting standards.

Assist with general accounting duties including balance sheets, prepaid expenses, receivables, prepare reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts. This is a temporary assignment lasting 3-months with potential for extension. The role will be managed through a third-party staffing agency partnered with Team Rubicon.

The Manager, Operations will lead a motivated team, support volunteer leaders, and drive the delivery of Team Rubicon Services and capabilities while managing resources, finances, and personnel issues. This position requires a detailed understanding of all specific functions within the Operations Department and expertise in planning, mobilization, and demobilization operations.
