Manager, Operations (West Branch)

Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking a Manager, Operations to join TR's Programs x Domestic Operations - West Branch team! The Manager, Operations will lead a motivated team of associates, provide support to volunteer leaders in daily execution of the goals and objectives of the organization. This requires a detailed understanding of all specific functions within the Operations Department. This Manager will be assigned geographic areas to build and motivate teams. The Manager, Operations will be responsible for driving delivery of Team Rubicon Services and capabilities and for establishing and prioritizing the growth strategy for volunteer and community relationships in the West Branch. This role involves managing resources, finances, personnel issues, and administrative functions to support the organization’s mission and goals.
