Direct the development and lifecycle management of policy and governance frameworks for the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA) and other programs.
Establish and oversee governance structures, including committees and workgroups, to ensure transparency, consistency, and accountability.
Lead compliance oversight and legal alignment, working with the General Counsel to ensure policies are enforceable and aligned with federal requirements.
