Manage and execute outreach campaigns that connect top candidates with exciting opportunities. Execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. Find and validate candidate contact information. Add candidates to sequences and monitor results. Track responses and update candidate statuses. Maintain internal dashboards and outreach lists. Handle follow-ups, bounced emails, and out-of-office replies. Monitor inboxes and process candidate interest and scheduling updates.
Create and schedule original, on-brand content for multiple social platforms, engage with followers and respond to comments/messages, and build community. Analyze performance data and suggest optimizations, stay up to date with trends and incorporate them creatively into the brandβs content. Collaborate with designers and the BMM to maintain consistent tone and visuals.
Build and oversee client brand strategies with a focus on long-term impact. Act as the clientβs go-to partner, understanding their goals and becoming part of their "company family". Coordinate with designers to ensure creative output aligns with brand identity and strategy. Stay on top of market and cultural trends to bring innovative ideas to the table. Use project management tools to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain a balance of friendly, honest, and professional communication with clients.
A graphic designer is needed to design branding materials, visual identities, and logos, create assets for social media, ads, presentations, and more, and maintain visual consistency across all client touchpoints. The candidate will collaborate with BMM to understand client vision and feedback and deliver work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards.
