Conduct scheduled phone and video admissions interviews with prospective students to understand their goals and guide them through the application process.
Partner with the enrollment team to maintain accurate CRM records and ensure seamless handoffs from interview to arrival.
Build strong candidate relationships by maintaining consistent communication and delivering a white-glove experience throughout the admissions journey.
