We’re seeking an Academic Operations Lead to manage the operational and quality aspects of our delivery, ensuring training and assessment processes are efficient, compliant, and consistently applied across the business. This role works closely with the Training Manager and is key to embedding change, improving processes, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.
We are looking for a dedicated Trainer & Assessor to support learners on their journey in our Certificate IV in Community Services program.
