We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Resume Writer and Job Search Coach to join our Outplacement Services team to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by providing tailored support and guidance throughout their job search journey. Responsibilities include conducting coaching sessions, crafting resumes, providing LinkedIn guidance and conducting mock interviews.

Work closely with client project teams to provide tailored solutions for project requirements. Analyze project requirements and translate them into system solutions. Perform system configuration, unit testing, and writing of functional specification documents. Extend support during the integration test cycles and prepare test scripts. Be actively involved in the timely resolution of defects and issues. Collaborate with and manage the team (including a 3-person offshore team) to ensure effective performance and contribute to key decisions. Provide clear communication regarding work progress to immediate reporting managers.
