Serve as a key member of the assigned area Leadership Team, actively participating in strategic and tactical planning with a financial perspective.
Provide financial and strategic support in various activities such as product development, M&A, and transformational efforts including outsourcing tactics.
Lead and develop staff to support departmental goals, while ensuring financial rigor and performance management discipline across the organization.
