Job Summary:
- This position serves as the Strategic Financial Business Partner of a specific business or functional area.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key member of the assigned area Leadership Team for strategic and tactical planning.
- Provide financial support in product development, M&A, and transformation efforts.
- Lead cross-functional projects and develop staff capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a Financial Discipline; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years in financial management with managerial responsibility in financial services.
- Deep expertise in annuities and/or pension risk transfer is preferred.
