Sr. Director, Finance

About the Role:

• Lead financial operations specifically for the Wellbeing business with deep understanding of member engagement and program delivery economics.
• Serve as key member of the Wellbeing Leadership Team, contributing to strategic initiative planning and partnership.
• Coordinate between Finance and Wellbeing leadership to drive measurable operational excellence and efficiency improvements.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Wellbeing financial excellence by overseeing financial planning and analysis for core functions.
• Manage strategic initiatives by identifying cost drivers and implementing performance improvement plans.
• Support business development through financial modeling for RFPs, renewals, and client-specific proposals.
• Optimize vendor relationships and partner with Commercial and Product teams on pricing implications.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and support operational capacity planning across the organization.
• Lead pricing strategy by developing and maintaining frameworks for Wellbeing services with alignment to margin targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar finance leadership position.
• 7+ years progressive responsibility with demonstrated leadership abilities through work progression.
• Experience with NetSuite and Anaplan platforms preferred.
• Comfort using AI and automation tools to speed up financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
