Program Manager, Strategy and Operations

Omada is seeking a Program Manager, Strategy and Operations to drive execution and operational alignment across its Clinical organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating corporate and functional strategy into clear priorities, structured processes, and measurable results. The Program Manager manages the team’s execution against corporate and function-level strategy and is responsible for supporting the efficient execution of our team’s mission by facilitating team meetings, planning offsites, and program managing small to medium Clinical workstreams. This role requires supporting clinical planning and execution, managing complex initiatives, facilitating executive alignment, enabling cross-functional communication, planning and managing Clinical team offsites, shaping process and policy, and representing Clinical perspective externally.
