Hearing Representative, Workers' Compensation

Responsibilities:

• Managing a high-volume legal Workers' Compensation caseload from initiation to resolution.
• Attending hearings, traveling to WCAB locations, and maintaining meticulous case notes and files.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Workers' Compensation Hearing Representative is preferred.
• Required knowledge of CA Workers' Compensation law, EAMS, and e-filing systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently with little supervision.

Additional Details:

• This is a full-time, remote position, but candidates MUST reside in the state of California.
