Senior Mobile Growth Consultant – ASO & CRO

Assume a pivotal position within Phiture, reporting directly to the Growth Lead and working closely with our key U.S.-based clients. As a key figure in our multidisciplinary marketing team, your responsibilities extend beyond client management. You’ll lead client projects, mentor team members, and deliver strategies rooted in user behavior, experimentation, and impactful growth solutions. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between our European and U.S. teams, ensuring seamless project flow across time zones and fostering strong communication between internal teams and clients. Oversee day-to-day operations within the pod and make sure projects stay on track. Lead global ASO & CRO strategy and drive scalable growth across markets and languages with data-driven experimentation. Provide senior-level guidance and tailored strategies for key ASO accounts. Ensure top-quality service delivery and consistently strong results.
