As Senior CRO Designer, Paywalls & Funnels, you’ll be the person RevenueCat customers trust when the question is: “How do we get more users to convert and stay subscribed?” You will design & build high‑converting paywalls and funnels, lead conversion optimization projects for customers and prospects and codify patterns into reusable assets.

This role will help scale the referral engine, joining across product and marketing teams. You will be focused on delivering product features and IRL magic that get our current members bringing more of their friends into our community. This role requires someone with strong technical skills in SQL and experimentation, and is comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing decision-making.

Responsible for taking Virta’s mail channel - our #1 for acquisition - to the next level, owning the analytics, financial management, and experimentation strategy for direct mail. This role includes owning the mail financial, creative, and experimentation strategy to ensure that mail continues to resonate with a wide range of eligible members and converts to drive applications and enrollments.
