Own and scale Virta’s direct mail channel; serve as an expert internally and externally on direct mail, one of Virta’s most important and high impact marketing channels. Deliver data-driven performance management, including forecasting, A/B testing, and real-time reporting to stakeholders. Advance direct mail automation and efficiency by optimizing vendor relationships, streamlining approval workflows, building libraries of pre-approved creatives, reducing manual processes, and preparing performance insights to share directly with clients.
Develop a high-performing content strategy, expanding Virta’s direct mail creative library with assets that consistently resonate with members and outperform industry benchmarks. Keep on top of industry trends including personalization and timing strategies to bring the latest direct mail insights to improve channel performance quarter over quarter.
