Senior Growth Analyst (Virality Squad)

This role will help scale the referral engine, joining across product and marketing teams where you’ll be focused on delivering product features and IRL magic that get our current members bringing more of their friends into our community. You'll bring the rigour and insight that ensures we bet on the right things. You’ll operate as a “start-up within a scale-up”: scrappy, curious and iterating quickly, but with a high bar for analytical rigour. You’ll shape how we understand user behaviour, identify growth opportunities, and prove what genuinely drives exponential acquisition.

You will design and analyze experiments across product and marketing, run deep-dive analyses to understand what drives sharing, engagement and conversion, and spot patterns in behavior to surface new growth levers.
