Sr. Project Manager, Organizational Change Management

This hybrid role blends project management discipline with organizational change leadership to drive business transformation for both clients and internally within Burwood. Project Management: Responsible for full lifecycle management of key projects within client accounts. You will ensure adherence to industry-wide and Burwood-specific best practices, to ‘best-in-class’ delivery quality, and to proactive management of project profitability, including leading end to end project delivery across client and internal initiatives, safeguarding quality, scope and profitability. Organizational Change Management: Supporting development of an OCM framework for Burwood Group’s use across a variety of change efforts and developing internal OCM capabilities across the Client Success team.
