Creator Relations Manager

Provide an exceptional customer experience for new notable creators joining our platform. This involves on-boarding, relationship management, support, liaising with creators to provide content for promotional support as well as working with creators on promotional campaign ideas and execution. This is an exciting and fast paced role, to support creators, influencers and celebrities across a wide range of backgrounds. The successful candidate will play a lead role in supporting and contributing to the growth of our company and the development of our creators. Daily tasks include creator outreach, research, addressing questions, delivering video calls for platform training, discussing promotional activity, and providing ongoing support. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a passion for social media.
