Senior Director, Hardware

About the Role:

• This senior leadership role requires a dynamic R&D professional to lead hardware systems design including servers/firewalls, security appliances, switches, and access points.
• Scope includes managing cross-geo teams and driving development with JDM/ODM partners primarily in Asia.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead design and development of global HW engineering team with hands-on engagement for hardware architecture definition.
• Drive multidisciplinary functions across board/system design, power, SI, ECAD, mech/thermal, validation, and compliance.
• Provide visibility to executive leadership on performance, risks, and priorities; drive hiring and resourcing plans.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in EE or CE with 15+ years of technical experience and 10+ years of technical and people leadership.
• Strong experience in hardware product design, architecture, tools, and ecosystems such as PCB design, power management, logic design.
• Ability to operate effectively at executive level and build high-performing teams with strategic communication and financial acumen.
