Product Manager

About the Role:

• At Pennant, we believe technology should free clinicians to focus on caring for patients.n- We're hiring a Product Manager to build tools that simplify workflows for field staff and back-office teams.n- You'll join a small cross-functional team reporting to product leadership.n

What You'll Do:

• Make the clinician's day seamless by identifying opportunities in EMR workflows and automating routine tasks.n- Improve back-office operations by streamlining intake, scheduling, billing, and quality processes.n- Shape strategy, own the roadmap, and partner with engineering to deliver value quickly.n

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of product experience, including healthcare or workflow-heavy SaaS.n- Hands-on EMR experience and end-to-end product ownership with analytical and communication skills.n- Comfort assessing technical feasibility and ability to lead by influence across teams.
