Associate Director, SAT Suite Instructional Design and Development

As the Associate Director, SAT Suite Instructional Design Development, you will bring your digital learning expertise to create and refine engaging online programs, lessons, and modules that prepare educators and internal partners to deliver the SAT Suite of Assessments with excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders across CRA, Operations, Policy, and Technology to ensure all training content is accurate, impactful, and aligned with evolving processes. You will support efforts to modularize and modernize training approach—applying best practices in instructional design while piloting emerging technologies and AI tools to make learning more efficient and effective.
