Head of Data Strategy

As the Head of Data Strategy, you will pioneer Syngenta's data future by evolving the governance framework into a dynamic ecosystem that balances innovation with responsibility. You will empower teams across 90+ countries to unlock the value of data while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and compliance and shape the agricultural industry's approach to AI by establishing Syngenta as a thought leader in responsible data practices. This role catalyses change across the global organization by orchestrating a data revolution and building AI-ready capabilities while driving measurable business impact. You will be a key member of the digital leadership team, working with senior leadership to shape the organization's data foundations and AI capabilities and representing Syngenta externally as a thought leader in agricultural data innovation.
