Job Description
ProSphere is seeking a M365 Administrator with experience in operations and maintenance of systems and or networks. This position will be part of a team supporting an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Services infrastructure for approximately 500,000 Veterans Administration customers. The messaging infrastructure is based on Microsoft Cloud Services, including Exchange Online, Outlook O365, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, all managed on cloud base servers.
Responsibilities include providing Tier III/IV support, resolving National EMCS tickets, applying system and Exchange administrator skills, maintaining network performance, and troubleshooting issues ranging from basic to email-related issues for Executive level users. The work schedule requires 24/7/365 remote service on differing shifts, including after-hours shifts, specifically the 3PM CST – 11PM CST shift and Weekends/Holidays as needed.
