Accountabilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and presenting a wide variety of agreements such as vendor agreements, customer contracts, and SaaS agreements.
- Providing legal support for global HR operations and ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR.
- Assisting with customer compliance matters and internal HR regulations.
Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed as a lawyer in a US state with 5-7+ years of transactional experience in the software industry.
- Requires experience in dispute resolution, mediation, and strong drafting skills for privacy-related agreements.
- Needs knowledge of EU regulations and experience with related contracts, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
