Senior Billing Operations Analyst

This position is needed to support the order management and billing function and requires working closely with Deal Operations, Revenue Accounting, and Sales to ensure orders progress to invoicing. The company is focused on building systems that scale and is looking for a team player who is excited about building streamlined processes and energized by cross functional partnership. Responsibilities include supporting an International team of Order Management and Billing Specialists to ensure timely and accurate order processing and invoice generation, responding to escalations, reviewing customer contracts, executing SOX compliant month end reconciliations, gathering and formatting data sets, and participating in month end close processes. The role also involves contributing to new process implementations, operational improvements, system enhancements, and training new team members.
